After hitting rock bottom and struggling with her health for years, Debbie Anderson (with the help from her daughter fitness expert Marissa Anderson) was able to turn her health around in dramatic fashion going from a very unhealthy 53 year old, to an incredibly lean, healthy and energetic 55 year old mother of 3 and soon to be grandmother!
After experiencing such a heart breaking turn of events in her life that lead her down this path to rock bottom, she decided she wanted to share this with other women who she knew must be going through many of the same challenges in life she had faced.
After 6 months of sustained health, she began sharing her program with women in her community who (like her) were struggling to keep up with the daily demands of life, work, family and overall health (all while trying to stay ahead of the changes in the female hormones once we're over 30 years of age).
